eBallot Essential is our entry-level, self-service voting platform. This means that you are responsible for building your ballots and sending them out to your voters with limited support.

It's likely a good fit if you regularly collect feedback from the same individuals over time and you want things to be more structured and secure than what free survey software can provide.

eBallot for Business is best suited for votes and elections that are important and impactful to your group or organization. It includes our enterprise software and access to our vote management services.

It will allow you to better separate yourself from vote outcomes, run votes among different groups, afford you greater auditability requirements, access to priority support, and give you significantly more customization options.

eBallot Essential is based strictly on the number of voters and billed monthly for the term of your 6 or 12-month subscription. Use our pricing calculator to see what you’ll pay during your minimum commitment.

eBallot for Business pricing takes into account the number of voters, but will vary depending on the specifics of your vote. An annual contract for our software and services is the most common arrangement. To get an accurate pricing estimate and learn more about your options, tell us about your upcoming vote.

Priority support comes standard with most Business arrangements. It includes:

• Dedicated project management, if you opt for vote management services. This means our team will oversee and manage your votes. You’ll have phone and email access to them for insight, advice, and peace of mind when it comes to running your vote.
• A personalized software training process, if you choose to self-administer your votes.
• Voter support phone lines during your vote to ensure any questions or concerns from your voters are taken care of directly. Voters will be able to connect directly with our team, taking the responsibility of responding to your voters off of you.
• Access to our knowledge base, video tutorials, templates, and helpful materials checklists

When planned for, we’re also able to accommodate on-demand or extended support outside of business hours.

Limited support is offered with eBallot Essential. It includes:

• A comprehensive guide that shows you exactly how to build your ballots, share them with your voters, and get your results
• Access to our knowledge base that includes all frequently asked questions
• Email support where you can expect a reply from our team within one business day

The basic voter list management that comes standard with eBallot Essential is perfect for groups that run votes among the same list of people with minimal changes. If you need to routinely remove or replace voters (e.g. when people leave your group), eBallot Essential may not be the best fit.

Advanced voter list management in eBallot for Business lets you better segment your voters into groups. It also makes it easy to delete, replace, and manage your voter lists.
