What to Know About Live Voting

A quick overview of what it's like to vote with eBallot

Here's What to Expect When You Vote...

Congratulations! If you’re reading this, it’s because your organization has decided to make an important decision by taking a vote and you’ve been invited to take part in the process.

We understand that you may have some questions about this process and we’re happy to help address some of those questions here.

What is eBallot?

eBallot is the leading voting platform used to gather instant, trustworthy results. Headquartered in the Washington, DC metro area, our core team of voting software experts will enable your organization’s leadership to run secure votes and elections.

From Fortune 500 companies and large universities to private law practices and nationally recognized sports teams, we’ve delivered streamlined voting events that support thousands of voters.

What is our approach to voting?

When it comes to voting on anything of importance, rarely does a "one-size fits all" approach work. We believe that even the simplest of votes should be carried out with expert precision.

Because of this, our team has worked closely with your organization to understand your specific voting requirements and has tailored a solution to meet those needs.

How does voting work with the eBallot?

The process for voting online is very simple:

  • You will be emailed a secure link

  • From here, a link will bring you to an active landing page where the first (and all subsequent) questions will appear

  • Confirm your choices and submit your ballot. You will be emailed a confirmation receipt

Congratulations, you've just completed your vote!

Are eBallot elections safe and secure from potential interference?

Election security is a big concern when it comes to any action taken online, especially when important decisions are at play. However, we can assure you that our election security measures protect you, your data, and your organization against risk.

Your data will be safely stored with Amazon Web Services (AWS), our cloud-based data partner. AWS is considered best in class for their storage, maintenance, monitoring, and data purging technologies. It's used by thousands of prominent organizations all over the world (NFL, Netflix, American Heart Association, and Formula One to name a few).

If you have any further questions, please feel free to speak with your election administrator for further details or check out our admin resource portal.
