Cancel an eBallot Essential Account

Cancellation details
Keep in mind that a Pro account has a minimum subscription term of six (6) months and automatically renews on a month-to-month basis after that. Premium has a minimum subscription term of twelve (12) months and also automatically renews on a month-to-month basis after that.
Your credit card will be billed on a monthly basis for the life of your subscription.
Lastly, we’re unable to queue up cancellations more than 30 days in advance of a minimum term length.
To cancel an eBallot Essential account that is past its minimum term, please fill out the form below.
What happens after I submit my cancellation request?
Upon cancellation, you will lose access to your account, all voter records (e.g. vote and election results, uploaded files, etc.) and our customer support team.
If you decide to sign up for another eBallot Essential account in the future, you will need to do so with a different email address.
