How does voting work with the eBallot software?
The process for voting online is very simple:
- You will be emailed a secure link and user-specific login credentials to access your personalized voting portal
- From here, you will be able to fill out the ballot that you have been approved to access. Some ballots may even include additional resources, such as candidate profiles or summaries of policies/motions, depending on what you are voting on
- Confirm your choices and submit your ballot. You will be emailed a confirmation receipt

Your data will be safely stored with Amazon Web Services (AWS), our cloud-based data partner. AWS is considered best in class for their storage, maintenance, monitoring, and data purging technologies. It's used by thousands of prominent organizations all over the world (NFL, Netflix, American Heart Association, and Formula One to name a few).
