We are seeking a Sales Enablement Lead.

The position requires a highly motivated, experienced individual who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

A willingness to adapt and proactively grow, both as an individual and with the company, are crucial.

The successful candidate is driven to meet and exceed KPIs, and present their own ideas and initiatives as they adapt to the role. Additionally, the ideal candidate is comfortable talking to high-level, key decision-makers across a wide variety of verticals, is customer-focused and results-driven.

 

Overview of Role

  • Work with Sales Managers to follow up with inbound & outbound leads
  • Assist with upsell and closing renewal contracts
  • Conduct product demonstrations to prospects and renewal clients
  • Track our inbound web forms queue and again route the leads in a rapid manner for response
  • Re-engage lapsed and long-term leads as we introduce new product features with a focus on bringing them back into the funnel
  • Work with sales and marketing to develop documents and strategies that create efficiency and better qualify leads
  • Analyze current strategies of customer retention, loss, and new business to provide insight and potential initiatives for growth
  • Become an expert on conversational selling and support sales team leads/prospects with our chat technology
  • Sit in on daily standup and weekly meetings to provide current projections
  • Convey sales insights to marketing team for content development support
  • Follow current and long-term content priorities to ensure timely launch of content and other marketing initiatives
  • Become an expert in all CRM and project tools
  • Ensure quality of data and property updates in relevant tools; keep in touch with team leads about day-to-day data collection practices
  • Stay on top of how teams are utilizing these tools, suggest ways to improve by bringing these insights to team leads

 

Role Requirements

  • 3-4 years’ experience in a sales or customer success role
  • Previous experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail presenting, listening, and writing
  • Active learner committed to new practices and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • High level of reliability and follow-through; Immediate responsiveness to all internal and external inquiries, and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
  • HubSpot CRM experience preferred
  • Active contributions to team culture
