Introduction
eBallot is looking for a Marketing Manager who is passionate about digital marketing and data-driven to own the marketing funnel for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and product awareness through marketing in traditional and digital mediums.
- Develop all digital marketing plans including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns
- Oversee the development of e-marketing content and exploration of sales channels
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social media channels.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity creates customers, and continually refine our process for converting customers.
- Develop messaging and creative strategies to drive brand awareness and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze online statistics while identifying opportunities to optimize performance and report insights to leadership.
- Staying on top and review new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader within the industry, and in digital marketing space.
- Track conversion rates – what worked, what didn’t, and why.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in the technology space.
- Knowledgeable in HubSpot is a must.
- Experience with managing and optimizing ads via Google/Facebook/Capterra.
- Self-driven strategic thinker who can work independently.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills for both digital and traditional marketing collateral.
- Experience with planning and executing digital marketing budgets
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
